ArcGIS Workforce
Assignment and Dispatch Management
This is similar to a headend for a system. This would be used on a PC and handles the Service Order creation and then Assignment. It integrates realtime updates with mapping visualization. Also includes worker tracking.
Mobile App Use
Receive and Complete Assignments
Using Workforce & Survey123 mobile apps a field technician's workflow and concepts are shown. The assignments from Workforce have the specific survey tied directly to them based on service order type.
ArcGIS Survey123
Data & Analytics Available
After an assignment is completed it is reported to Workforce and the Survey completions go to Survey123. Here is an example of what exists immediately after surveys begin to be completed.
